Every order comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). Try on the pieces you ordered at home at your leisure — if something isn't quite right, you can send it back without giving a reason.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, let us know you wish to withdraw using the withdrawal declaration at the bottom of the page, by email at info@molettdivat.hu, or via our contact form.
Within 14 days of notifying us, post the item back with its tags, in undamaged condition. Trying it on is of course fine — just as you would in a store.
Within 14 days of your parcel arriving at the latest, we refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used.
