Frequently asked questions

The size range is unique to each piece. Some styles go up to 4XL, others up to 6XL. Always check the size options on the product page, and if something is missing, drop us a line – in many cases we can reorder it for you.
There's a 6-minute guide on our blog. In short: measure your bust, waist and hips – all with a measuring tape, and take the bust measurement over your bra. If you're unsure, just give us a call.
Usually the larger one – a piece should sit a little loose rather than feel tight. With jersey and stretch fabrics you can go for the smaller size. Not sure? Write to us and we'll give you a specific recommendation.
Not rules – just ideas. V-necks, A-line cuts, high waists, a belt that highlights the waistline, 3/4 sleeves. The idea that "black is slimming" is a myth – so many other colours look wonderful too. If you're unsure, ask us for styling advice.
Not white, not black, and not the same as the bridesmaids. Deep blue, burgundy, emerald green, pastels – all beautiful in every size. We have a detailed 9-minute article on the topic on our blog.

You can return it or we'll exchange it within 14 days – with the original tags and unworn. For hygiene items (lingerie, swimwear) we can only accept returns if the packaging is unopened.

Mainly cotton, viscose, jersey and quality synthetic blends. For occasion wear, we use lace, satin and lined variants. You'll always find the exact composition in the product description.
The main collections arrive twice a year (spring-summer in February, autumn-winter in August). In between, 5-15 new pieces arrive each month in smaller drops. For exact dates, sign up for our drop-alert newsletter.
Spring-summer (March–August): light fabrics (linen, cotton, viscose), vibrant colours, flowing cuts, bare arms, maxi and capri lengths. Autumn-winter (September–February): knits, wool, thicker cotton, deep colours, long sleeves, midi and maxi lengths, layerable cuts.
Most new pieces are available from L to 6XL, but some limited editions are made in a narrower size range. On the product page you'll always see exactly which sizes are in stock – and with the pre-order option you can reserve your size if it has sold out.
The most breathable pieces from our spring-summer collection: 100% linen and cotton tunics, flowing maxi dresses in capri length, A-line cuts. Avoid synthetics (polyester) – they make you sweat. You'll find our detailed "what-to-wear-in-the-heat" guide under blog/seasonal-tips.
The easiest way: take our 5-minute style quiz. After 5 questions you'll get your primary and secondary style. If you're unsure, ask for a free styling consultation – a short chat with a stylist clears up a lot.
Of course – in fact that's the norm. Most women have an "everyday" and a "special-occasion" style, and the two are often different. For example, sporty-elegant during the week, romantic in the evening. Sylverro offers pieces in every style – your wardrobe can be a mix.
Classic is traditional elegance (sheath dress, blazer, white shirt, pearls) – more formal, with a "timeless luxury" feel. Minimalist is more modern, with oversize lines, monochrome colours and often contemporary design. Neither is boring – they just speak a different language.
Two things are worth keeping in mind: (1) an overly large floral print can blur your silhouette – a medium or smaller floral looks better; (2) ruffles shouldn't fall just above the waist – place them either on the shoulder or from the hips down.
Yes – that's why we call it "sporty-elegant", not "gym gear". The difference: good-quality fabric (jersey, modal, viscose), a clean cut, and instead of trainers, urban sneakers or flat ankle boots. A jersey dress + a smart accessory = casual and office-friendly.
Yes – one of the great things about boho is that the looser, layered cuts don't cling tightly to your figure. Just be careful with the layers: 2-3 well-chosen pieces are better than 5 thrown on top of each other. Maxi skirts, kimonos and tunics have a distinctly slimming effect.
A category groups items by product type (dress, blouse, trousers, coat). A collection groups them by character, mood or occasion – a "story" the pieces tell together. For example, the Classic collection includes dresses, blazers and shirts alike.
Yes. A white classic shirt, for instance, can be in the Classic, the Everyday and the Most-Loved collections all at once. The collections aren't mutually exclusive – one piece can fit several characters.
The Exclusive collection features limited, numbered pieces: only 5-10 of each size are made. These are uniquely designed, refined occasion dresses bearing the Sylverro signature. Once a piece sells out, we usually don't make it again – that's the essence of exclusivity.
The major seasonal collections (Classic, Trendy, Occasion, Everyday) are refreshed twice a year (spring-summer in February, autumn-winter in August). In between, 5-15 new pieces arrive each month in the New Arrivals collection, from which we gradually distribute them into the appropriate collections.
Both. Our Trendy collection draws on international fashion trends (Pantone, Vogue, the Paris and Milan fashion weeks), but tailored to Hungarian women – watching for what really works on a fuller figure and what ends up looking like a costume. It's adaptive rather than just following along.
