Within 14 days of receiving the product you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason — with a transparent, statutory refund process. With us, trying items on at home in comfort is a given.

2. §Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised in the period between the date the contract is concluded and the date the product is received. You may indicate your intention to withdraw by an unequivocal statement: by e-mail at info@molettdivat.hu, by phone at +36 70 538 2467, or in writing by post (including by using the model declaration under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)).

3. §Cost of returning the product

The direct cost of returning the product (the postage) is borne by the consumer. We are unable to accept parcels sent carriage-forward (cash on delivery).

Handling fee: if all products in the order are returned, we charge a handling fee of 2 400 HUF, which we deduct from the amount to be refunded.

4. §Condition of the product, trying on and depreciation

The right of withdrawal exists so that you can examine and try on the product just as you would in a store. Trying it on is perfectly fine — wearing the garment, however, is not.

Depreciation: the consumer is liable only for any depreciation resulting from use beyond that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If the product has been worn beyond trying it on, or the labels have been removed, we may deduct the resulting depreciation from the amount to be refunded.
Deadline: the product must be returned or handed over without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal declaration. The deadline is deemed to be met if you dispatch the product before the 14 days expire.

5. §Refund process and deadline

In the event of withdrawal, we refund the purchase price of the product without delay, but no later than within 14 days, following the return of the product — or credible proof of its return.

Payment method: the refund is made using the same payment method that was used in the original transaction; consequently, you incur no additional cost whatsoever.
Delivery charge: the delivery charge you paid — subject to the statutory exceptions — is not refunded; nor do we reimburse the additional cost of delivery other than the least expensive standard mode of transport.
Withholding: we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have proven that you have sent it back — whichever is the earlier date.

6. §When can the right of withdrawal not be exercised?

Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain products, in particular:

in the case of a non-prefabricated product that was produced on the consumer's instructions or at the consumer's express request, or that was clearly personalised for the consumer (e.g. items tailored to individual measurements);
in the case of a sealed-packaging product that cannot be returned after opening following delivery for health-protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear after the hygiene protective sticker has been removed).
