In the European Union, every product you buy from us is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. The official EU notice below sums up its most important elements.
If the product was not in conformity at the time of purchase, the legal guarantee protects you for at least two years.
You can first ask for repair or replacement, free of charge. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
You claim the legal guarantee from us, the seller – you do not have to contact the producer.
If a producer voluntarily offers a free durability guarantee for a product, the EU GARAN label next to the product shows it. That is an extra commitment on top of – and without affecting – the rights above.
